Dear everyone, do you know about Mendoan?
I remember in junior high I learn Local Culture of Banyumas. Mendoan in Banyumas from 'Mendo' which is mean half cooked. As long as I grew up in this country, mendoan is the best snack ever!

Ingredients
- Special Mendoan's Beans Tempe (tempe buntel).
- Rice flour mixed with a little flour.
- Green onions or chives on thinly sliced.
- Spices (pepper, salt, garlic, and cilantro).
- Oil for frying
- Sprinkle with black powder let "legit"
Eat while it warm with ketchup, sauce, or chilli.
Couple days ago, me and my friends tried to cook mendoan.
